This is the second cookbook I have purchased from Carolyn Ketchum. I loved the first book so much I knew I had to have this one! I cant stop reading it and I cant wait to start cooking! I love the tips and tricks she provides for meal planning! I love that every recipe has a beautiful picture with reference icons to let you if it's freezer friendly, 30 minute, slow cooker, or one pan recipes! The pictures make you drool and you cant wait to run into your kitchen and cook. I am a working Mom and cook low carb for my family of four and I love that these recipes are so easy and use ingredients you can easily get from the supermarket! Oh and if your dairy free there are a lot of dairy free recipes. So happy to see some Instant Pot recipes too! I love that most of the main dish recipes offer side suggestions to go with your meal. It is so well written and so easy to use with an index that has pictures of each recipe. It is important to me to have all the nutrition facts listed on every recipes too. I know you will love this cookbook as much as I do!
This cookbook is perfect for what I need. Easy to follow with pictures. I added pictures of all the dishes.
Carolyn's keto recipes are amazingly simple, quick, and the whole family enjoys them, even the picky eaters. I cant even tell you how many times I have made the brie and broccoli frittata recipes for a quick easy meal. Best of all these recipes control my diabetes 2 and feed my familyAs an added bonus, I already have all or the majority of ingredients in my fridge, pantry or freezer.Carolyn's cooking style matches my own family's preferred food choices so cooking for the family and myself has never been easier since she has done all the hard work figuring out the carbs.Another feature I love are her notes covering serving suggestions, making the recipse faster, easier, and making the dish ahead- my personal favorite.I have bought all her cookbooks and am anxiously awaiting her newest dessert cookbook coming out in July!
I have to say that there are very very few keto/low-carb cooks who consistently come up with tasty and uncomplicated recipes, but Carolyn Ketchum is one of them. Check out her website All Day I Dream About Food.I now own both of her cook books and it is SO NICE to be able to plan and shop for one of her recipes Knowing that they will be reliably tasty. (I have been known to eat the leftovers as breakfast!!)If you are low carb or keto, give this book a try. If you love EVERYTHING from "All day I dream about food", you'll love this book! A few of the recipes I had already tried from Carolyn's blog posts (like the DELICIOUS Mexican cauliflower rice skillet). I was really impressed by this book, because there are so many good quick dinner ideas! And I love that a lot of these recipes have a slow cooker method added to the page! If you're on a keto or low carb diet, and need some quick dinner ideas, you'll love this book!

This cookbook is the best. I had already been a fan of her previous book, The Everyday Ketogenic Kitchen. This book did not disappoint! I love how simple the recipes are and all of the tips to save time and energy. I made the creamy chicken with spinach and feta for my Mom for Mother's Day and she was beyond impressed. I would have impressed myself as well if I did not already know how easy it was to make. I've made the reuben skillet three times already. It is so quick and majorly addicting!! My boyfriend loves the bacon sloppy joes. I love flipping through the pages on Sunday and figuring out which recipes that I am going to try out during the week. I highly recommend it!
